libgthread-2.0) defines a symbol g_log. qagamei386.so also defines such a symbol, but since it is dynamically loaded at runtime, no collision check is performed. When the code is relocated therefore, all instances of g_log in qagamei386.so end up refering to the g_log in the library... and bad things happen. s/g_log/g_logfile/g.

* The Makefile now inherits CFLAGS from the shell environment
* The Makefile now generates dependancies by default, it can be disabled by setting GENERATE_DEPENDANCIES=0 in Makefile.local
* Removed -Werror from the linux build since it's not GCC 4 clean yet. Again, it can be added back via Makefile.local

VM_CallInterpreted hurts as VM_CallCompiled is only used on 32bit. Use
same arg types for consistency nevertheless.

That page would also indicate that more work
needs to be done if the map isn't going to change
