+trying to use podman, instead of docker, on debian bullseye/stable

+didn't un-install docker, instead just installed 'podman' package (3.0+, in
+debian bullseye/stable), then:

+    sudo apt install podman runc
+
+    sudo systemctl disable --now docker.service docker.socket
+    sudo systemctl enable --now podman.service podman.socket

+check that podman is working:
