The Maple ``cos()`` implementation is compatible with Arduino.

Note that the Maple implementation comes from `newlib
<http://sourceware.org/newlib/>`_\ , while Arduino's is that of
`avr-libc <http://avr-libc.nongnu.org/>`_\ .
