Docs: Use "BOARD_LED_PIN" instead of "13".
Fix examples where pin 13 was used explicitly instead of
BOARD_LED_PIN. Also change an AVR-specific example in
docs/lang/cpp/booleanvariables.rst to Maple conventions.
