Import Debian changes 5e3-4debian/5e3-4
scm (5e3-4) unstable; urgency=low
* debian/rules (PLATFORM): New variable, to hold the SCM platform name;
linux normally, but linux-ia64 on ia64.
(SCM_OPTIONS): Instead of always giving -p linux, use $(PLATFORM).
