Define _LARGEFILE_SOURCE and _FILE_OFFSET_BITS conditionally
In order to avoid ugly warnings at compile time, only define
_LARGEFILE_SOURCE and _FILE_OFFSET_BITS if they have not already been
defined through the build command line.
