novena: update kernel config; incl "mandb -c" fix
This 3.10 kernel config comes from "make linux-update-defconfig" with
buildroot, which minimizes the output.
It includes a fix from Sean Cross for the "mandb -c" SegFaults: disabling the
VExpress System Type, and disabling the "ARM errata: TLBIASIDIS and TLBIMVAIS
[...]" option.
