util-linux-2.20.1-sscanf-no-ms-as.patch has a version in its name, and therefore the other patch, unversioned, util-linux-uclibc-build-fix.patch, never gets applied. From now on, packages only need to select the BR2_PACKAGE_GETTEXT option and depend on the 'gettext' package to get the necessary i18n libraries installed on the target.
