Finally get rid of all := used for variable definitions in packages, as we suggest in our manual and during the review of new packages. The BR2_INET_RPC has for a long time been a not very descriptive configuration option name, and with the advent of non-RPC glibc toolchains and the apparition of libtirpc, we really need to rename it to something more sensible, BR2_TOOLCHAIN_HAS_NATIVE_RPC. The CONFIG_UPDATE macro is no longer defined in package/gnuconfig/gnuconfig.mk, but instead in package/Makefile.autotools.in. It it also changed a little bit to take the directory of the package sources as argument, and the AUTOTARGETS infrastructure is updated to use this macro.
